**Terms of Purchase**
1. **About Merchendiseshop**
– The company is based in Mantorp, Sweden.
– If you wish to contact us, send an email to info@merchendiseshop.com with your matter and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
2. **Ordering**
– Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address.
– If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@merchendiseshop.com.
3. **Delivery**
– We usually send your order within 5-10 working days.
– We reserve the right for temporary interruptions, sold-out items, and other delays.
– If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@merchendiseshop.com.
4. **Prices**
– All prices in the store are in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT.
– Discounts and gift cards do not apply to shipping costs.
– We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. **Right of Withdrawal**
– When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the moment you have received an item you have ordered.

5.1 **When using your right of withdrawal**:
– You must announce that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to us at info@merchendiseshop.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to should be clearly stated.
– You should immediately and no later than the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal message return the products to us.
– You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well packaged or in their original packaging.
– The amount refunded is only for the item you return, not for paid shipping costs.
– We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation compared to the product’s original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 **The right of withdrawal does not apply to**:
– Custom-made products, which all our printed products are, they are always printed after the order is made.
– Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

5.3 **Unclaimed Deliveries**:
– If your delivery is returned to us because you have refused, chosen, or for any other reason not picked it up, we will charge you a fee of currently 300 SEK.
6. **Complaints and Grievances**:
– We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or misshipped when it arrives, we commit, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
– You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
– The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. However, no later than 14 days after you received the delivery.

6.1 **How do you proceed with a complaint?**:
– Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@merchendiseshop.com where you state your name, address, email address, and a description of the error.
– If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
– We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective, and you will then be charged for costs (product, shipping, etc.) that have arisen. In complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Complaints, see arn.se.
7. **Limitation of Liability**:
– We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
– We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s prevailing (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
– Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
8. **Product Information**:
– We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the products’ exact appearance as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
9. **Information about Cookies**:
– According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must receive information that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to access various functions. 10. **Personal Data Act**:
– In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business solely to fulfill and provide the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you, and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service (preferably by email info@merchendiseshop.com). We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data.

In 2018, PUL is replaced by GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. Since we do not disclose information to third parties, this does not mean any direct difference compared to PUL regarding the processing of your information or our relationship with you as a customer.

11. **Changes to the General Terms**:
– We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.
12. **Dispute and Choice of Law**:
– In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Complaints, see arn.se. For residents in another EU country than Sweden, you can file a complaint online via the EU Commission’s platform

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
– Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and legislation.
